NEWSFLASH: Activity detected at 3 feet up's headquarters!

Yep, we have begun writing and rehearsing new songs for our next CD! This next one will be the yin and yang of our CDs - lots of material very similar to our early days (the uplifting "Tank full of gas" - type songs) as well as some darker modern material (like "Mainstream disconnect" but less about conspiracies and more about people). We're thinking it'll be a DOUBLE CD, but the jury's still out on that one. That would require a massive amount of time to put together, but we do have enough new material...

Well, Victoria and I have been taking a bit of time off to sort of find out who we are outside of performing. Yeah, we're about the same but not nearly as anxious! So we're slowing down the gig calendar for a while for some much needed relaxation. We've been at this full-tilt since 2004 and we're finally tired!

In the meantime (why do they call it "mean" time? i'm not being mean), we have that new cd out, so if you're not convenient to Martinsville, VA or Burlington, NC, you might think about getting you a copy till we fire up the machine again.

soon the actual physical cd will be available. and by "soon", i mean a few days! will show up on cdbaby.com an a couple weeks and on itunes, who knows? could be a month or two. :dry:

Yep, the new CD called "mainstream disconnect" will be made available to the public on or about January 20, 2010. We'll be putting up a paypal button here if you simply cannot wait for it to show up on CDbaby.com.
